SPRING HAS SPRUNG!
Ahh, welcome Spring, everyone’s favourite time of year. The weather is warmer, the gardens are colourful, cows are calving, bees are pollinating, and people seem to be coming out of winter hibernation. Everyone has a bit of a spring in their step, no pun intended, and we are looking to pack away those extra blankets and get ready for Summer.
The same is true for the property market! Although we have seen a very steady few months, there has been a flurry of interest this week. And let’s face it, if you are looking to sell your place the garden is most likely looking it’s best in Spring. We have had a couple of new properties list onto the market, and there has been some good interest in a few of our current properties.

There are quite a few more that we could add to this list, but it’s really interesting how there is so much press about it lately. The talk about Supertowns, the government giving cash incentives to move to regional areas, and the ever growing need to just escape the chaos of living in a metropiltan city for an easier and quieter life. For those of us who have already made the move, we will most likely never look back. Yes, our children may leave after finishing school to explore the rest of the world, but hopefully every time they are back they will relish the uniqueness of growing up in a rural area, and it’s beauty may even lure them back one day.
